TKSavr Legal Center
1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance
By accessing or using TKSavr, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this Legal Center. If you cannot legally enter a binding agreement in your location, you may use the service only with any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
1.2 Service description
TKSavr provides an automated technical utility that accepts supported media links, resolves media that the configured source actually makes accessible to the service, and returns the requested media to the requesting user. TKSavr does not select, editorialize, publish, endorse, or maintain a public library of user-requested media.
1.3 User responsibility for content and rights
You are solely responsible for the legality of your request and for having all permissions, licenses, consents, or other rights required to access, download, store, reproduce, transform, or otherwise use the requested media. You are also responsible for complying with the source platform's applicable rules.
1.4 No credential submission
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, session cookies, API secrets, payment credentials, or other account credentials to TKSavr. TKSavr is not designed to receive or process end-user credentials.
1.5 Access controls and private content
TKSavr does not promise to bypass passwords, paywalls, authentication, privacy settings, access-control systems, or other technical restrictions. Content that is accessible only through an authorized account must be accessed only by a person who is authorized to access it, and users must not use TKSavr to circumvent a restriction. The service may reject a request when a source requires credentials, consent, or other access conditions that TKSavr is not permitted to satisfy.
1.6 Prohibited uses
You must not use TKSavr to commit or facilitate unlawful acts, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attack or overload systems, evade security controls, harvest credentials, conduct automated abuse beyond the published limits, or interfere with the service or third-party networks.
1.7 Operational discretion
TKSavr may reject, rate-limit, delay, suspend, or terminate requests or access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, source stability, capacity, or protection of the service.
1.8 No ownership claim
TKSavr does not claim ownership of third-party media processed through the service. Rights in third-party works remain with their respective rights holders.
1.9 Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TKSavr and its operators, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your lack of authorization for downloaded material, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
1.10 Disclaimers
TKSavr is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Availability, resolution quality, file formats, speed, and compatibility can change because third-party sources change their systems or access rules. No internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
1.11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKSavr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or third-party claims arising from use of the service. Any mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
1.12 Changes
TKSavr may update these Terms when the service changes. The current version is the version published at this Legal Center, with the effective date shown above.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data controller
Entity: To be configured before production launch
Country: To be configured before production launch
Email: To be configured before production launch
Address: To be configured before production launch
Phone: To be configured before production launch
2.2 Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, TKSavr may process: request timestamp, route, response status, latency, coarse device/browser information, an HMAC-based visitor identifier derived from IP address and user-agent for same-day security/traffic measurement, referring website origin, selected language, and hashed request identifiers. TKSavr is designed not to persist the full submitted media URL as an analytics field.
2.3 Content processing
When you submit a supported link, the link must be sent to the service so the requested media can be resolved. Temporary media URLs, cache entries, and temporary files may exist while a request is being processed. The service is designed to automatically expire or delete temporary processing material rather than maintain a public archive of requested media.
2.4 Purposes
Technical data is processed for delivering the service, rate limiting, security, fraud/abuse prevention, troubleshooting, capacity planning, reliability measurement, and aggregated traffic analysis.
2.5 Data minimisation
TKSavr intentionally avoids retaining credentials and avoids using the full user-submitted media URL as a persistent analytics field. IP addresses used internally for rate limiting are not written to analytics as raw addresses; analytics uses a keyed hash intended to reduce long-term profiling.
2.6 Retention
Operational analytics event files are configured for automatic deletion after approximately 90 days by default. Temporary media files and request caches expire on shorter service-specific timers. Aggregated metrics may be retained longer when they no longer reasonably identify individual users.
2.7 Legal basis and international users
The legal basis for a particular processing activity depends on applicable law. TKSavr may rely on contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Where local law requires consent for non-essential tracking, TKSavr should obtain that consent before enabling the relevant tracking mechanism.
2.8 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests should be sent to the published legal contact.
2.9 Third parties and infrastructure
TKSavr may use cloud hosting, network, CDN, analytics-storage, translation, security, and media-source infrastructure providers. Providers receive only the data needed to perform their contracted technical function, subject to their applicable terms and our configuration.
2.10 International transfers
Because TKSavr is an internet service using potentially international infrastructure, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, TKSavr will use an appropriate mechanism.
2.11 Security
TKSavr uses access controls, rate limits, secure headers, bounded request sizes, short-lived processing artifacts, secret separation, and monitoring appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee perfect security.
3. Copyright & Takedown Policy
3.1 Rights-holder requests
A rights holder or authorised representative may contact TKSavr using the published legal/copyright contact with a sufficiently specific request identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing activity, the location or request details needed to identify the material, contact information, and a statement of authority and good-faith belief.
3.2 Response
Where a request falls within a law or process requiring action, TKSavr will review it and, where applicable, expeditiously limit access to material or functionality that is within TKSavr's control. Because TKSavr generally does not maintain a permanent public media library, the service may instead disable a specific temporary retrieval path, preserve relevant request metadata for a limited period, reject future processing of an identified source pattern, or provide the legally required response.
3.3 Repeat infringement and abuse
TKSavr may apply escalating restrictions to accounts, IP ranges, sessions, or request patterns associated with repeated valid infringement reports or other abuse, to the extent permitted by law.
3.4 False claims
Rights holders must provide accurate information. Knowingly false or materially misleading infringement notices may create liability under applicable law.
3.5 US DMCA agent
Where TKSavr elects to rely on a US DMCA safe-harbor process, the designated-agent details must be registered and kept current with the US Copyright Office as required by law. The website-published details are shown below only when configured by the operator.
DMCA agent: To be configured before production launch
Email: To be configured before production launch
Address: To be configured before production launch
Phone: To be configured before production launch
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Use TKSavr only for lawful, authorised requests. You must not use the service for credential theft, unauthorised access, evasion of access controls, infringement, harassment, non-consensual distribution of private information, malware delivery, denial-of-service activity, automated abuse, or attempts to defeat TKSavr's rate limits or security controls.
Requests involving content that is private, account-restricted, or otherwise protected by a technical access control are not a licence to bypass that protection. TKSavr may refuse requests where the service cannot determine that the source has made the requested material accessible without unauthorised circumvention.
5. Security & Abuse Reporting
5.1 Reporting
Security reports should be sent to the published legal/security contact. Include a concise description, affected endpoint, reproduction steps that do not expose personal credentials, and the date/time of the observation.
5.2 What not to send
Do not send passwords, session cookies, private account tokens, payment credentials, or sensitive personal files as part of a security report.
5.3 Internal controls
The production architecture is intended to use TLS, secure response headers, request-size limits, origin checks on state-changing API calls, rate limiting, source-domain allowlisting, bounded media sizes, timeout controls, short-lived media sessions, secret separation, and structured security/traffic logs. Operator authentication sessions are disabled by default.
6. Neutral Technical Service Model
TKSavr's operating model is deliberately narrow: the user initiates the request; the service performs an automated technical operation; the result is returned to the requesting user; and temporary processing material is expired or removed. TKSavr does not claim to own, curate, endorse, or publicly republish third-party media.
This model is intended to reduce unnecessary content storage and editorial control, but it is not a blanket immunity. Liability rules depend on the actual technical function, jurisdiction, knowledge, control, contracts, and conduct of the service. Users remain responsible for obtaining any rights required for their use.
7. Contact & Records
For legal, privacy, copyright, or abuse matters use the configured legal contact. Keep your notice specific and include only information necessary for the request.
